To be accredited as a vendor/supplier, your company must meet the following criteria:
- Legally registered and compliant with government requirements
- Capable of providing consistent and quality products or services
- Willing to undergo ARKY's evaluation and approval process
How to Become an Accredited Supplier
Follow these simple steps to apply for accreditation:
1) Download and fill out the Supplier Information Sheet
2) Prepare the Following Documents (in PDF):
- General Requirements
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Sole Proprieorship
- BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
- Current Mayor's/Business Permit
- Bank/Financial Statement
- Corporation/Partnership
- BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
- Current Mayor's/Business Permit
- Bank/Financial Statement
- General Information Sheet
3) Submit the completed form and required documents in the submission form below
