To provide comprehensive support in various HR functions, including recruitment, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and interdepartmental tasks involving logistics and motorpool operations. This role ensures efficient HR and operational processes through coordination, documentation, and communication across departments.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Source and screen applicants for positions such as laborers, skilled workers, drivers/operators, and housemaids.
  • Download and consolidate biometric attendance data (weekly and semi-monthly) for all departments in Asid.
  • Enroll newly hired and deployed employees and guards in the biometric system.
  • Assist in trade testing for skilled workers and drivers/operators; coordinate with respective departments and the Recruitment Officer.
  • Distribute attendance logbooks to designated group chats (Production, Motorpool, Warehouse, Logistics).
  • Facilitate and assist with personal cash advance requests for drivers/operators.
  • Support employees with Peoplecore-related issues; liaise with Timekeeping and Payroll departments.
  • Process requests for cash advance budgets related to overtime operations.
  • Manage weekly payroll of freelance drivers/operators.
  • Gather and verify supporting documents (Delivery Notes, Confirmation Notes, SAP hours, Service Confirmation).
  • Scan and submit documents to Accounting for validation.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Accounting (every Tuesday) for payment processing.
  • Serve as reliever dispatcher and monitor dispatch schedules.
  • Coordinate with drivers for mass dispatch assignments.
  • Address driver/operator concerns related to payroll, assigned units, daily activities, and rescue operations.
  • Submit DTR corrections for truck helpers weekly.
  • Request cash advance budgets for trips (e.g., Manila, Labo).
  • Liquidate all cash advances through SAP.
  • Handle DTR corrections, overtime filings, leave requests, and payslip distribution.
  • Monitor weekly attendance via Peoplecore.
  • Address payroll-related concerns and communicate with Timekeeping for resolution.
  • Ensure daily manpower activity reports are submitted by the Service Advisor to the designated group chat.
  • Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by the Assistant General Manager (AGM) from time to time. 

Qualifications & Skills


  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the same field.
  • Keen on details.
  • Computer literate.
  • Possesses superb spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent in teamwork skills.
