Lead marketing and sales strategies while managing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; supervising staff, processing sales and rental of heavy equipment and other construction materials.
  • Prepare quotations and Rental Agreements for Equipment Rental.
  • Prepare billings for the Equipment under Rental.
  • Prepare marketing strategies to develop and retain customers.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals.
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals (through constant training).
  • Monitor stocks inventory and suggest orders based on sales offtake.
  • Conduct market surveys on competitors’ pricing and activities.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules on client sourcing.
  • Receive and report on all sales leads.
  • Supervise sales representatives and assistants.
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow up on call inquiries.
  • Work with the sales team when closing sales.
  • Prepare regular reports.
  • Conduct monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) reviews.
  • Directly report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and General Manager.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Required skills: Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services.
  • Proficient in computers with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Focused on customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
