Support clients and the sales team in deploying, training, and maintaining the GPS fleet monitoring system and ensure seamless implementation and troubleshooting of GPS hardware and software solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accompany sales agents during the presentation of proposals for Whitestar Solutions’ GPS tracking monitoring system, fleet management, and all solutions that a potential client could take an interest in.
- Provide solutions to clients’ needs concerning Whitestar Solutions’ offered products and platform.
- Answer technical questions that a client or sales agent may ask about the products and platform.
- Create and complete units, notifications, reports, geofences, and other parameters or details requested by the client.
- Introduce and train clients and clients’ staff to the monitoring system and its functions and features.
- Provide after-sales support, customer service, and troubleshoot matters that clients may request.
- Configure, calibrate, and install devices on vehicles.
- Test the unit and check if the data successfully shows up on the monitoring platform.
- Clean up the area/station after installations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in website creation & management, IT support, or a related role.
- Extensive knowledge of computers and networks.
- Knowledgeable in software and hardware.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Experience with system migration, implementation, and integration with software.
