Job Summary
Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse/bunkhouse, and monitoring & processing of stocks in SAP ByD.
In charge in the safekeeping and inventories of all materials and equipment in the warehouse
Responsibilities and Duties
· Assist in orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule by the site/project
· Assist in receiving and processing warehouse stock products
· Assist in inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
· Complete diary logs into inventory/bin cards/stock cards
· Report any discrepancies to Immediate superior
· Communicate and cooperate with immediate superior
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications and Skills
· Proven working experience as a Warehouse In Charge
· Proficiency in inventory, databases and systems
· Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
· Good reporting, organizational and time management skills
· Computer literate
· Ability to lift heavy objects
· Diploma/Bachelors degree holder/ vocational
