Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Is mainly concerned with the processing of outgoing trade products from the warehouse and checking the quantity and types of trade products being served to our customer. Maintaining patrons & outsourcing external customers.   

    JOB DESCRIPTION:    

• Required to collect the Sales Order and Check every details.    

• Double check and monitor the quantity and quality of the product before fully served to our customer.    

• Preparation of regular reports.   

• Gathering customer profile    

• Develop potential customers   

• Conduct Market Survey with our competitors   

• Sending of Daily/weekly and Monthly sales report   

• Monitor all equipment being rented   

• Direct reporting to Sales & Marketing Supervisor  

• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.    

    EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER    

• 4years Business Related Course    

• Atleast 1year experience in Inventory or as a Sales Clerk or customer service experience a plus    

• Excellent communication and organizational skills    

• Possess pro-active and self-disciplined attitude    

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excell,Word and Powerpoin
