Production Supervisor

Arky Construction & Supply is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient operations, maintain quality standards, and supervise production personnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of production workers.
- Ensure production targets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor the proper use of raw materials, equipment, and production resources.
- Ensure production processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspection of products and address quality issues.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate replenishment with the appropriate department.
- Ensure production equipment, tools, and work areas are properly maintained.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily production reports and submit updates to management.
- Identify production problems, delays, wastage, and inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments as necessary.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production personnel.
- Ensure proper attendance, work schedules, and discipline within the production team.
- Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Licensed Engineer is a plus
- At least 2–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, inventory control, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work on-site and oversee daily production operations.
- Physically capable of working in a production environment.
