JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for project planning, scheduling, estimation, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work programs, and construction timelines.
- Prepare project estimates, quantity take-offs, cost breakdowns, and material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Review plans, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate planning and estimation.
- Monitor actual project progress against approved schedules and targets.
- Prepare S-curves, progress reports, manpower reports, and other project monitoring reports.
- Identify project delays, schedule variances, and potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing and evaluating variations, change orders, and additional works.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Bidding, Quantity Surveyors, and other departments.
- Monitor planned versus actual project costs, resources, and accomplishments.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, estimates, quantity take-offs, and related records.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress, cost, and schedule.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and quality and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Experience in construction planning, scheduling, and project estimation is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
