Operations Head

Arky Construction & Supply is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Head to oversee the Company's day-to-day operations, ensure efficient coordination among departments, and support the successful delivery of projects and business activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the Company's overall day-to-day operations.
• Manage and coordinate Project Sites, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Motor Pool, and other operational functions.
• Ensure that projects and operational activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and according to Company standards.
• Monitor operational performance, manpower requirements, equipment, materials, and resources.
• Monitor project and operational schedules and address delays, manpower issues, and resource requirements.
• Review operational reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to Management.
• Ensure proper coordination between field operations and the Head Office.
• Identify operational problems, inefficiencies, and potential risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Assist Management in planning manpower, equipment, materials, and other operational requirements.
• Monitor the proper utilization and maintenance of company equipment, vehicles, and other resources.
• Support the implementation of systems and procedures to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular site and operational inspections when necessary.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate supervisors and other operational personnel.
• Handle operational concerns and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, operations, project management, or a related industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is required.
• Experience managing multiple departments or project sites is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction and operational processes.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems.
• Willing to travel to project sites and other company locations as required.
