Logistics Admin

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

They are responsible for supporting the co-ordination, planning, and execution, and monitoring of supply chain operations in an organization.

Responsible in area of shipping and performing receiving functions, and may be involved in providing support to the Logistics supervisor/manager in all aspects of logistics operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Submission of Timesheet with Supporting Documents (Hard copy) to Timekeeping every Saturday

2. Daily update of attachment per folder in One Drive such as (Sales Order, Delivery Note, Confirmation Note & Geotab Trip History)

3. Daily Updating of Timesheet Summary in One Drive.

4. Daily submission of Dispatch plan with supporting documents every 1:00 pm to Timekeeping

5. Daily Submission of Actual Dispatch before 5pm with complete attachment to Timekeeping

6. Serve as point of contact for customers on any Logistics related issues

7. Coordinates in daily activities of Equipment’s using GPS system (GEOTAB)

8. Collaborate with Customer service, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing to resolve issues or queries they may have

9. Coordinates with all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery truck, services and heavy equipment’s.

10. Provide support to the Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Operation Department in servicing clients as required.

11. Provide suggestions within area of responsibility to Logistics Supervisor as needed

12. Maintaining detailed record of vehicle servicing and inspection.

13. Monitor all Violations and issue I.R if necessary.

14. Support effective resource management and assist with the planning of work within dispatch through load creation

15. Provide support and coordination for incoming goods and daily dispatches as per requirements

16. Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders.

17. Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation of all Vehicle/Equipment

18. Responsible for the interpretation and analysis of relevant departmental KPI’s and offer recommendations accordingly

19. Stay current with knowledge of dispatch, logistics planning, and effective monitoring of the actual dispatch.

20. Monitoring and managing the list of all installed systems and devices

21. Maintains records of Diesel consumptions and Equipment utilization.

22. Demonstrates great customer service skills, listens carefully, and exercises patience

23. Responsible for providing accurate reports to track performance and enable decision making

24. Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within the unit.

25. Provides phone, live chat, or in-person support, depending on the organization’s scope

26. Provides weekly report to Immediate Superior religiously
