Rigger

Job Summary:
The Rigger is responsible for safely preparing, attaching, moving, and securing heavy equipment and materials using cranes and other lifting equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and inspect slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and other rigging equipment.
- Properly attach and secure loads before lifting.
- Guide the crane operator using proper hand signals or communication devices.
- Ensure people stay away from the lifting area and suspended loads.
- Assist in loading, unloading, positioning, and securing materials and equipment.
- Report damaged rigging equipment and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Foreman.
- Wear required PPE and follow all site safety rules.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous rigging or construction experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of rigging and lifting equipment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
- Willing to work on project sites and extended hours when required.

- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
